How we give back
Caring is what we do best, and we don’t draw the line at our customers and partners. We make it easy to give back to our communities in many different ways. We offer paid volunteering days and actively take part in community events and workplace giving as well as sponsorships and donations.
We are proud to support the Z Zurich Foundation and their mission to create a brighter future for vulnerable people by empowering the activist in all of us. With the Z Zurich Foundation, we aspire for a more equal world where everyone has independence, choice and power over their own futures.
We support and encourage diversity and inclusion through several partnerships across the world.
Among these, we are proud to be a supporting partner of Sydney WorldPride 2023 – one of the biggest events on the global LGBTQIA+ calendar and the first WorldPride event hosted in the southern hemisphere.

We are also partnering with Unconnected.org to help Ukrainian families stay safe and connected through the Connecting Ukraine project, which tops up mobile phone credit and provides free health appointments and advice.

We recognise the environmental impact of travel. But as a company of people who work to keep travellers safe and informed at every step of their journey, we will do everything we can to advocate and promote responsible and thoughtful travel.
We will be deliberate in the choices we make by:
- addressing our own impact first through waste reduction and recycling, and understanding our carbon-footprint to drive change across our business
- inspiring our customers and our people to make more responsible and thoughtful choices
- championing social causes across our regions and destination communities, supporting the areas in which we live, work and travel
- working with our partners in setting our industry on a more responsible course.
